We want you to love your Desert Rose Tallow products! If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

30-Day Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund or exchange if you're not satisfied. Just reach out to us at hello@desertrosetallow.com and let us know — no need to send the product back.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us right away at hello@desertrosetallow.com so we can make it right.

Exchanges
Want a different product instead of a refund? Just let us know within 30 days and we'll help you swap it out.

Refunds
Once your refund request is approved, we'll process it back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
